Two men charged in connection with Luton stabbing
Two men have been charged after a man was stabbed in Luton.
The victim, a man in his 20s, suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries as a result of the incident in Shaftesbury Road on Saturday, May 2.
Shafran Hasan, 20, of Carol Close, Luton, has been charged with wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. He has been remanded in custody.
Huzaifah Ahmed, 20, of Malvern Road, Luton, has been charged with wounding with intent in connection to the incident, and has been bailed with conditions.
Man charged over serious Luton assault
A man has been charged after another man suffered serious injuries in Luton.
A man in his 50s remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital following the incident in Wellington Street on Wednesday, 29 April 29.
Ion Bujor, 40, of Guildford Street, Luton, has been charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent in connection to the incident.
He has been released on conditional bail and is next due to appear in court on Monday, June 1.
