The trial of a driver accused of murder in a Luton street is due to begin on Tuesday, October 10, 2022.
Karan Soni, now 27, from Birchwood Avenue, Hatfield is accused of killing 34-year-old Tola Piper from Bedford.
Mr Piper was fatally injured in Dewsbury Road, Luton on Monday, November 29, last year.
A jury was selected at Luton Crown Court on Monday, October 10, 2022.
The five men and seven women were told to return tomorrow by Mrs Justice Sara Cockerill to hear the start of the case.
